USDA Inspected
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspectors oversee the implementation of safety, animal welfare and quality standards in the local butcher shop where our cattle are harvested.

Grain-Finished
Our cattle spend the majority of their lives on grass. Around a year of age they will go to a family owned feedlot where they will be provided the proper nutrition needed to create an enjoyable eating experience for you and your family.
